We live in a small town and it’s hard to get three people together to agree on the temperature outside, let alone spending the town’s money.
But our school system was growing and desperately needed a media center. So a group of us got together, earned money, bullied the wealthy, and even contacted a firm to create an audio visual system design.
With a lot of pushing and more debates than I care to remember, our team of experts were finally given the green light to install the audio visual equipment.
And they did a wonderful job which included everything we could imagine, including follow-up support.
Last Christmas we opened our new center with the annual play. And I noticed that even some of the tough guys who had not wanted the center were cheering when it was over.
