The two satellite companies have different payment options for their customers. Dish Network vs Direct TV is in competition because of one reason. Dish Network offers customers a package deal, so they can pay as they go. It’s like a prepaid service that you can get without having a lengthy contract and still be able to watch satellite television. Direct TV has the best options when you decide you do want to get service because you can cancel after a year. When it comes to Dish Network, there contract is for two years. So if you want to switch to something else, you have to wait or pay there cancellation fee.
