Acquiring wisdom and knowledge can be done in many ways and for many reasons.   When I wanted to learn how to create web sites and make money from this growing career field I had the motivation of creating an income that could be provided with job security.  Then I needed to find a way to acquire that knowledge.    With just a little investigation I was able to find a set of training videos that would allow me to Learn Joomla.   I could do it at my speed and with my comfort level.  This was something that was very important to me as I sometimes need to repeat information to learn it.
