What I am lacking is the confidence to go into a gym and learn all the right ways to use the equipment. I am not scared to do an aerobics class and that is where I do most of my workouts but lately I have really want to do muscle workouts but I do not know how. I get so easily intimidated with the people using the equipment and I feel like a klutz walking around all those big machines. I am afraid that everyone is looking at me and that I am properly using the machine improperly to get the right results.
