I love technology, and not just because it makes so many things faster.  The inexpensive desktop that I bought when my sons started school has become a problem solver, library, and teaching machine.  Not only can they find help with anything from geography to math, but our computer has solved the problem of where to keep coming up with winning science fair ideas.  When the boys are assigned a project each year, they just log onto the Web and are able to find lists of ideas as well as instructions.  The few hundred dollars I paid for that little student computer was one of the best investments I ever made in my sons’ futures.
