A timeshare resort must be given with a copy of the signed notarized record of the ownership change. It is your prime duty as a buyer of timeshare to supply a copy of the ownership change document to the resort. Do not make them demand for it before you give it to them. A resort must never be left in the dark when there is change or modification in timeshare ownership.
Never go into the business of "buy timeshare for sale" unless you are well prepared. Selling timeshare is not a simple job, hence pre planning is very vital. Except you know how to go about timeshare selling you will not make profit from the said business.
