Due to space limitations, the four colors, listed above, from the Spring/Summer Idea Catalog are not included in the color palette at the back of the Fall/Winter Idea Catalog. However, you can still order expressions in these colors. They are not discontinued.
New Accessories and Hostess Gifts
We know there is some confusion about whether or not the new accessories unveiled in the Fall/Winter Idea Catalog will be included in the Hostess half-off catalog items. That’s a very good question, and we’re working on the answer. We’ll provide you with information soon. Thanks for your patience!
Customer Corner Automatic Redirect
We’ve been made aware that many of you have concerns about what will happen to your butterfly wall decals customers who go to the Uppercase Living website in search of Customer Corner after the new Demonstrator Websites are implemented. We’re so sorry we worried you. Your customers will not be lost in cyberspace—we promise!
Here’s how it will work.
- The [Customer Corner Login] link will change to [Customer Login].
- If your customer has already registered and has her own username and password, when she clicks on [Customer Login] and logs in to the system, she will be redirected automatically to your Demonstrator Website because she is linked to you using your Demonstrator ID.
OR
- If your customer has not registered, clicks on [Customer Login], and uses your Demonstrator ID and Registration Token to begin the registration process, she will be redirected automatically to your Demonstrator Website.
More information will be provided when Demonstrator Websites are active. You will have directions on how to use your website for both you and your customers to follow. We are also working on a way for you to notify your customers about your new website. So take a deep, cleansing breath—we’ve got you covered!
