I have a friend who just moved to West Vancouver. They met a real estate agent that specialized in real estate in Vancouver west vancouver. This agent explained about how wonderful the community is there and how great the real estate market is doing. They were sold on this area of Canada and actually just moved there. I have heard nothing but great things. They tell me there is limited industry and commercial buildings – which they like. They said their real estate agent was very knowledgeable of the area – which of course is a must – and the agent paid attention to their goals, not just to make a commission, but to help them make one of the biggest decisions of their life!
