I think that the number one reason why people are not able to stick to a diet is because they do not get to eat what they want. Hence, they are unhappy and will not want to keep doing it for a very long period of time. The good news for a person that keeps a food diary is that they do not have to stop eating their favorite foods. They usually just need to eat less of them. They also need to go and get more exercise if they do eat things like cake. This should help them to lose weight in no time.
