If you go looking on the market today you can find numerous dog tracker systems.  They all seem to have different bells and whistles, but for my money the absolute best is the Tracker Maxima tracking system.  Some of the features that I like best about it are that it has about a hundred programmable memory slots; so it is very versatile.  The antennas are really sturdy, and they have external connectors for a rooftop antenna.  Best of all the system comes with a three-year manufacturer’s defect warranty.  The receiving unit is small and lightweight, and you can monitor multiple dogs with a single controller.  I use it all of the time whether we’re hunting or just out having some fun.
