My father just got diagnosed with lung cancer and to top it off he doesn’t have any health insurance. He is retired and he never bothered to go and get himself covered after he left the company he worked for. Now that he is sick I told him that there must be some kind of critical illness cover plan that he can get on. He said he isn’t sure about that but assured me that he would look into it. I love my father very much and it hurts me to see him go through something like this, but he will get through it.
