Hello, I was interested in getting some solar panels for my house for heating or electricity. I don’t know much about it so could you answer some Solar DIY questions for me? How much surface area do I need to cover on my house to make it effective? Can I put them in my yard or somewhere nearby or does it have to be on my roof? Also, I heard about some funky new solar panels that can be wrapped around anything. Are those just some new, state of the art kind of stuff or will I be able to put them on my house?
