There are numerous things that one can do to create a green eco house besides building it from the ground up.  I have found that just by using simple vinegar on the home will provide the best cleaning product for me but will also kill the weeds in my yard and garden.  This is also a good alternative to antiseptics and is a great source of antibacterial cleaners.  White vinegar is something that has been around for many years and is very inexpensive to purchase.  This is why using it can make your home more environmentally friendly and put you on the road to the Green initiative quite nicely.
