There are three main components of the human body that can be the possible causes of Acute Renal Failure. These causes may include: a decrease in the blood supply, damage to the kidneys, and an obstrution in the urinary tract. Some examples of cases where the decrease on blood volume is present, is in cases of inflammation due to infection, and in various vascular disorders. Where as examples of damage to the kidneys can include toxins, administration of certain medications with side affects, trauma, Sickle-cell disease, Lupus, and cancers. Examples of urinary tract obstruction can include medications, benign, and malignant tumors, and can be easily detected after blood work, and by a medical sonogram.
