Strength Training may seem like it is only for men, but in order to get that long lean body that you so crave you have to do some strength training. Your diet is important when you are using exercise build muscles, but it is also important to actually get out there and lift some weights you do not have to lift a lot just enough to make your muscles strong. You can work out less and get really great results and do not worry about bulking up because most women cannot ever bulk up without the help of steroids or growth hormones.
