When you go on a calorie controlled diet, you might just focus on the amount of calories you are eating and not the particular foods. This can be a huge mistake, as you might start eating the wrong foods which might even make it more difficult to lose weight and burn fat. If you eat more carbs for instance and don’t burn them off sufficiently with exercise, then your body will start to store it as fat.
