The most popular form of plastic surgery is breast enhancement.  Thousands of, mostly wealthy, women undergo breast enhancement surgery.  Many arguments for and against breast implants are voiced every year.  Some claim that the surgery helps give a woman a boost of self worth and sexual performance.  Others dispute that the surgery is far too risky to accomplish merely a cosmetic goal.  Because breast implants are also used for breast reconstruction after mastectomies, many sanction the procedure only for that purpose.  Many people adamantly condemn breast enhancements.  However, plastic surgeons continue to make a median salary of over 300,000.
