Out of all the people who visit doctors for stress related problems a huge majority suffer from anxiety and fear. These people are effected so much by their problems that they are unable to lead normal lives and have to suffer from problems in all the aspects of their lives. All this makes very important for people to try and identify the root cause of their problems and try to avoid them as much as possible. Often these problems are results of unnecessary worrying about things that tend to add up the stress in the lives of people to very high limits. One should try to relax and avoid tension as much as they can.
