I live in Lakeland, Florida which is about 40 minutes west of Tampa, Florida. I was listening on the radio and discovered an excellent radio show about probate and estate settlement. The radio host was a Lakeland probate attorney named Joe Pippen. What made the show so good is that he gave great information about what to do and what not to do when settling an estate. I really don’t know what a regular person would be able to have access to, though I do seem to remember that sex offenders are registered so I should be able to find that out at least.
