Many colleges, universities and trade schools across Texas offer the requisite courses needed to apply to the Texas Real Estate Commission (TREC) for your Texas real estate license. The DFW Real Estate Academy in Fort Worth specializes in the core and additional courses you will require to obtain your license. Their courses are online and can be completed at your own pace. They offer all the licensing courses, as well as exam preparation, electives and MCE (Mandatory Continuing Education). Each licensing course and elective course are priced the same, to help you budget. Take them one at a time or in tandem – it’s all up to you. Once you have completed your requisite courses at DFW Real Estate Academy, they will provide you with the transcripts you need to present to the TREC in order to take the State exam. At this point you may consider taking the exam prep courses at DFW to make sure you are prepared. The exam prep courses are less than half the price of your requisite courses, and are not mandatory.

German Shepherds are my favorite breed of dog.  They are so smart and loyal and if you have the right kind of personality these dogs make wonderful family pets.  But they do shed.  They shed a lot.  That being said I have found the best product on the market for reducing the shedding with my dog.  I absolutely swear by the Furminator Deshedding Tool.  This product doesn’t damage his top coat and it really keeps his skin healthy as well.  I have even given it as a gift to the other pet loving members of my family.  Our dogs are all the best looking dogs out there!

Ray is so excited about the fact that she has just purchased one of the best rated blenders in the world. It does looks stylish with a cool metallic finish and yes, it is pricey as well. She invited us to take a look at her new kitchenware which I think is quite funny. She started by putting in some fruits into the blender and everyone were cheering (except me) looking at the fruits being “destroyed” (as they put it). They tried a few things later and cheered every time something was “destroyed” by the cool machine. Oh my I just want to get out of here and go home.

I always thought that I was an excellent dog owner.  I mean, I’ve always had a dog of some kind or another as long as I’ve been alive.  They grew up with me, and I grew up with them, and I understand them pretty well.  Even in college I had a dog that I would go out running with every morning.  But the reality is, I can always learn a little more, so I picked up a copy of one of the best dog training books that’s currently available in local bookstores.  It is really starting to open my eyes to a few things I wasn’t sure about.

I’ve been staring at the same 3 different sets of personal checks to purchase from 3 different websites.  The problem is that I just can’t seem to make up my mind.  Or rather, my wife said that I had to purchase the checks before she got back from the spa this weekend.  The trouble is that I have to pick the one that she gets every time, but I have no idea which one that is!  Now, I do get credit for remembering to get the duplicate personal checks, because those are a neccessity for us and the way we keep track of our money.

I had to buy some new cooking equipment recently. My friend brought me to a store she always shops at. She told me I would find the best cookware set I could ever hope to use there. Guess what, my friend was right. My new cookware was really affordable and very pretty as well. The cooking surface is nonstick so the food is released quickly and nothing sticks to the pan. This makes it really easy to clean up by hand. Now I don’t feel any stress when I fry things like eggs, chicken or tofu because I know they won’t stick to the pan at all.

I love the feeling that I have when I go on vacation to my favorite spot.  The rooms are so beautiful and when I get home I wish that I could have brought the room home with me.  I was talking to a friend about this and she told me that this was now possible.  Hotel furniture is now available for sale.  I am so happy.  I can recreate my house to look like the hotel that we stay in.  Everything from the bed to the lobby chairs can now be purchased.  I will always feel like I am on vacation now.

I am getting really sick of shopping at our local Spar grocers for food and finding that when I come to checkout they are charging me more than they should for some items. It happens a lot of the time. They cut prices which of course is very welcome, they give 2 for 1 deals, put stock out which is close to its sell-by date, and I buy some of it in the belief I will save some money. Yet, too many items go through at the wrong price. I keep a watch on every single item now when it gets scanned. Then I have to draw it to the attention of the checkout girl who has to correct the final bill.
