According to studies, consuming at least two glasses of this drink every day can cut down your risk for heart attack by fifty percent. Studies also show that doing so can help heart attack victims lower their chances for future attacks. The reason lies behind the ability of the drink to increase the HDL or good cholesterol in the human body and getting rid of LDL (bad cholesterol), which is commonly a major contributor to heart problems. Just remember to consult with your doctor first and make sure to drink at a reasonable level.
