The concept of entreprenuership education gives many, including people with disabilities, low income, and young people learn about leadership, management, and skills development. Today’s entrepreneur is tomorrows leader and they are only separated by an education and the desire to succeed.
Entrepreneurship means leadership and innovation in the business world and particularly the small business world.
An entrepreneurial education offers many benefits including, work based experience (on the job training), developing leadership traits, become team players, and learn time management. All are skills that benefit the small business owner and leader.
Junior achievement is an excellent example of entrepreneurial education at work. There are many youth organizations that can be very beneficial and productive in assisting today’s young people to become tomorrows leaders.
