We had complete coverage on our car for both liability and personal injury.  But when we were involved in a collision with an uninsured driver we were a little concerned that we might not be covered for the injuries in our car.  Even though the accident was clearly the other driver’s fault we contacted the car accident lawyers long island just to be safe.  It was a good thing we did.  When our insurance company started to give us the run around they were able to step in and represent our case for us.  They were able to do a much better job than we could have done because by this time we were emotionally involved.
