Well, the hurricane blew most of the servers right out down there, and no one knew for sure if connectivity would be regained anytime soon. The miracle was, Canada Colocation was able to raft everything together and float it all back out there on the information highway. No one lost more than twelve hours of service once Canada Colocation got word of the situation. Now, no one expected this kind of service, and all the companies who stood to lose it all were profoundly grateful. They formed a coalition to reciprocate by “passing it on”, a great way to help out and keep service up to speed no matter what natural or man-made disasters may occur.
