I have been renting the same place for a few years now. It was fine when I first moved in but I am getting older and I think it is time for something else. I have even been thinking about buying some thing. I have been researching my options for seattle mortgage loans. I am not sure how much I would qualify for and if I could actually find anything for what I do qualify for. Before I even start house hunting, I want to figure out the numbers so I know what I am getting into and then go from there.
