I’d begun working in a nearby factory when I graduated from high school, but was never happy with the small paycheck and raises I got as a secretary.  I didn’t love my job but thought it was all I could get.  A friend suggested taking classes to improve my job skills.  When I began researching online, I was impressed with what I learned about medical coding careers.  Within a short time I was enrolled and it didn’t take long for me to finish.  Once I got the first paycheck from my new job, I knew I’d made the right choice.  New skills had equaled a much, much better career which I love.
