There are plenty of banks and finance companies out there willing to give money for hotel financing so long as you have your act together.  You need to be able to tell them what you plan on doing with the money, how you plan on paying the money back and what method you are going to use to earn the money you pay them back with.  Having a good solid plan is the best way to sway a lender into giving you the money you need.  Just stating that you want to build or buy a hotel will not be good enough.
