Over one billion people all over the world eat chocolate every single day.  It is easy to understand why that is true – chocolate is delicious.  Recently, we have also come to know that chocolate is a valuable source of antioxidants.  The Xocai business was started by Jeanette and Andrew Brooks with a very simple idea in mind.  The idea is that since people are going to eat chocolate anyway, why not offer a high quality, good health option?  The Xocai (pronounced show sigh) product line is vegetarian and vegan approved and is made from the very best Belgian chocolate, cold pressed cocoa, and freeze dried acai berry powder.
