While some want all the noise and ?blings? that come with a car audio system, others are only interested in its basic functions. Old models are simply equipped with an AM/FM radio system and a cassette player. MP3s and CDs are now the rave of the moment. Some useful parts of the old model car audio system can still be used with the MP3s and CDs in vogue. If the above were to be the case, the choice will have to be a new car audio system with a mutual compatibility to use speakers from old audio systems.
